Our 18 technicians are respectively responsible for developing products for Massage Bathtubs, SPA tub and swimming pool and 10 of them have over 10 years of working experience in this field.
The company is equipped with injection molding machines for plastic parts manufacturing. We perform strict incoming quality control to ensure material quality. Material Safety Data Sheets for copper wire and insulating paint are required from our suppliers. We carry out insulating paint density inspection every day and replace them every 2-3 months.
We carry out routine inspection for the processing equipment and keep a record for later review. All the materials are under good storage condition.

IQC: Only qualified raw materials can be accepted, or they need to be sent back to the suppliers.
IPQC: The first way is to conduct a first article inspection. Qualified products will be accepted for mass production while defects will be rejected for re-work. The second way is self-inspection. Any defects will be rejected for production and QC staff will take photos, analyze, record and then find solutions(disposal, rework or other). Routing inspection is conducted every two hours. Full inspection will be applied to the whole IPQC based on working instruction and technical documentation and all data for defects will be analyzed with 8D analysis.
FQC: Qualified products will be put in storage and defects have to be reworked.
OQC: OQC is the inspection of products before shipment. Our QC staff carry out OQC to ensure the shipment is defect-free.
